Better bedding materials

I had a synthetic material duvet because I bought it quickly at a time when I was focused on value for money at the time. Not sure what material my sheets were made of - I didn’t pay that much attention.

There are organic materials you can get for sheets and duvets which are much better for temperature regulation than what I had.
