FDA and ISO Quality Assurance standards

FDA and ISO Quality Assurance standards

These are the mostly well meaning standards produced by well meaning committees who unfortunately are coming from organizations that have a low degree of trust.

To be honest it’s a little tiresome. I mean 95% of Irish health insurance claims go through Iguana. We’ve been in business since 1997 and we know what we are doing. I don’t really agree with the philosophy behind these well meaning standards - since they still result in death and human suffering by allowing unsafe reactors to be built. It’s hard for these committees to solve problems they don’t fully understand.

But unfortunately many of our customers are FDA regulated and so there is no choice but to communicate about our quality assurance processes so we have the official response here:

Quality Assurance - iNTERFACEWARE Help Center

But this video and the other quality assurance concepts I describe here give a much richer, more intimate and vulnerable picture of how I think quality assurance should be done.

I discuss this with Prashanth my marketing manager here:
