So how do we solve this?
I think it comes from getting your entire company to understand that this a whole company problem.
Then get everyone to look a communications from a first principle perspective.
Then switch over to using technologies which give real visibility on how well the information and concepts we are teaching our customers are resonating.
I think to do it we need a new technology since the current technologies aren’t up for the job although it can start with a new perspective and using the technologies we have.
