What the website is though is an attempt to share some of knowledge I have be fortunate to learn in my journey running my company since 1997.

What would be the best way to use this site? These are my suggestions:

- Start with first conversation I try to have with any new staff member.
- Then move in to reading about the emotional foundations of communication
Are you curious to gain insight into my philosophy about design and software?
- Start with reading my simplicity design concepts
- Then perhaps reading how I teach web technology and then how I teach C++
