Note: if any inquiries are sent to support@interfaceware.com, it will be forwarded to solutions@interfaceware.com and customers will receive a response from solutions
Customers will receive an automated response via email when a support team member receives the request
Gives customers an option to “View Request” through the Jira portal
Customers: Please check all inboxes (e.g All Mail, Spam, Junk etc.) if you don’t receive an email confirmation from solutions@interfaceware.com after sending in an inquiry
If you are unable to receive our response via your inbox. Please contact your IT and whitelist “solutions@interfaceware.com”
