New Customer Support Portal

Email Ticketing Workflow

  • Email solutions@interfaceware.com for all support inquires

  • Note: if any inquiries are sent to support@interfaceware.com, it will be forwarded to solutions@interfaceware.com and customers will receive a response from solutions

  • Customers will receive an automated response via email when a support team member receives the request

  • Gives customers an option to “View Request” through the Jira portal

  • Customers: Please check all inboxes (e.g All Mail, Spam, Junk etc.) if you don’t receive an email confirmation from solutions@interfaceware.com after sending in an inquiry
