If you want to share your channels with our team, you can provide us access to the exported cloud git repository containing your Iguana v6 6 channels or you can export your channels to a local repository.

This is a step by step guide on exporting channels from Iguana 6 to a local repository. The purpose of this is to zip up the channels and send to them to us for a quicker look into the conversion for Iguana XIguanaX.

titleSTEP 1: Create a blank folder on your machine and copy the folder path.
  • This example is using Windows, but will work on any other OS.

  • Create a folder called LocalRepo and copy its path:

titleSTEP 2: Add a local repository in Iguana 6 with the folder path
  • Navigate to Settings → Add/Configure Repositories then click New Repository

  • Enter in the path to the folder like below and click Save Repository:

titleSTEP 3: Select which channels you would like to export

Navigate to Settings → Export Channels

  • Choose which channels you would like to export.

  • Choose which repository you want to export the channels to.

  • As long as there is no PHI in your sample data, you can choose to include these in the export.

  • Click Export selected channels

  • Enter a commit message.

Compress the folder and email it to your iNTERFACEWARE contact for them to or support@interfaceware.com so we can set up an Iguana X IguanaX environment and test the your channel migration.
