This is nice feature that is part of 10.1.89 onwards. It makes it convenient to group components with tags or add/remove important tags like #autostart to indicate which components should be started when IguanaX is started. To use this feature:

titleSTEP 1: Select the components you wish to tag on the dashboard

Check them just like you would with any other bulk operation.

This is where filtering and bulk selection becomes very powerful. For instance, you can filter on say #autostart tags and then remove them all.

titleSTEP 2: Select Edit Tags from the Bulk Actions at the bottom of the list

titleThen in STEP 3: In the dialog box that opens up, enter tags you wish to add or remove

All the components that were selected will have the tags added or removed.

This make makes it very much easier to manage many multiple components since #tags are the key to many functions in IguanaX like log purging rules Set Log Purge Rules and Autostarting Components.
