Well how about you make it so I can talk on one platform and route my message to the platforms other people prefer - I stay where am comfortable and the people I love can stay where they are comfortable. It can be done with IguanaX and talking to APIs like the Slack adapter. Messages can be routed to where the people I care about choose to be and we can communicate better. |

No it would not necessarily need to. The solution can be implemented using IguanaX as the platform which means the customer can keep control of their own data. |
